Eparepa was born from the hands of a young Venezuelan family, the Hernandez Molero. Under the circumstances of an impoverished country with no possibility of growth due to precarious economic policies, these Venezuelans are forced to emigrate to a land of greater opportunities. With just small savings and their professional degrees, this family leaves the country that saw them develop into what they are now.
With many years of experience in Business Administration, Law, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Industrial Processes they arrive to the United States with the knowledge and tools necessary to invest in a business specializing in the food of their native country. The first attempt was an established business with products of excellent quality but serious deficiencies in organization. From their past experiences in the food business, they were able to create a new business that improved cooking, quality control, customer service, organization, administration and franchise standards. Thus, Eparepa was born to satisfy the taste of all people who appreciate good Venezuelan food in a pleasant environment now with two locations: Doral and Kendall.
